You agree not to use CapSoul to:

- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or interfere with service operation.
- Distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent communications.
4. Service Availability
We work to keep CapSoul reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve, and occasional maintenance or outages may occur.
5. Paid Plans and Billing
Some features may require paid plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are provided at checkout or in-app. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

CapSoul branding, software, and service materials are owned by CapSoul or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or expose CapSoul or users to harm or legal liability.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
